One of the main reasons women don't see results from their exercise programs is due to the fact they don't change it up... and they don't know what to do! To continue to get results you have to keep challenging yourself, and changing up the way you spend your fit time regularly. If you've been running on a treadmill since you first started exercising it's time to press the stop button and walk away. Believe it or not cardio isn't doing much help when it comes to losing fat... fat burning and muscle toning comes from a proper strength training program. But it's also important to find a fitness program you actually like doing. If you don't like it, you're not going to do it and you're not taking action! Reach your fitness goals in 2010 with the help from these guidelines and become one of the few women in that 5% range who actually changes their bodies!
