One way to achieve better nutrition is by chosing the right breakfast foods and by cooking nutritional meals that are made from easy healthy recipes and they are delicious.

Better condition of body, mind and soul has a domino effect. You will have less stress, feel better, more energy, improved family life, peace and joy.

My journey for a healthy lifestyle started about 5 years ago after a diagnosis of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), pre-diabetes and border-line hypertension. It was my wakeup call.

I knew what I needed to do, I needed to make some changes, but change is not always easy. It should have been a no brainer but I was at a cross road and needed to decide what I would do to lose weight, improve my health and maintain a healthy lifestyle.


The doctor's recommendations was simple, exercise/fitness program for toning, improved muscle mass, strong bones and weight control. He recommended proper nutrition for essential vitamins and nutrients. The journey started with baby steps, determination and commitment; it continues today.
