Turkey Bacon Spinach Salad
- 5 cups torn spinach leaves
- 1 cup tomato wedges (small wedges)
- 1/2 cup very thin red onion rings
- 4 slices of turkey bacon (crumbled)
- 2 hard cooked eggs, wedged (optional)
- 1/2 cup Light Catalina Reduced Fat Dressing.
Toss all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
Add dessing, mix lightly.
Makes 6 servings
Serving size 1 1/4 cups
