Applesauce Raisin Muffins


    Applesauce Raisin Muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups Splendra
  • 1 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups raisins

  1. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, oil and applesauce and beat thoroughly.
  2. Add dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in raisins.
  4. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 cup full and sprinkle brown sugar on top of batter.
  5. Bake 350 for 15-20 min.
