Turkey Bacon Spinach Salad

  • 5 cups torn spinach leaves
  • 1 cup tomato wedges (small wedges)
  • 1/2 cup very thin red onion rings
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon (crumbled)
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, wedged (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Light Catalina Reduced Fat Dressing.

Toss all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
Add dessing, mix lightly.
Serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings Serving size 1 1/4 cups
