Complete a quick fitness assessment to find out where you should start. I started on my treadmill at home and then slowly migrated to a gym. You can try out a gym by taking advantage of free membership offers.

You can try several facilities until you find one that meets your needs and budget. I usually hear people say they don’t have time or the money for a fitness program. If you opt for a gym, you can take advantage of the promotional specials they have, one being personal trainer sessions. I utilized a personal trainer for 3 sessions. In those three sessions I communicated to the trainer my goals and expectations when it came to a women fitness program.

I walked away with the information to design a successful home program to fit my needs. Your fitness program should be a commitment to a healthy lifestyle and not a means to an end, weight loss.

Regardless of all the planning and designing, accidents will happen. If you should experience a sprain or strain , treat the injury appropriately and get back on track. Don't let a minor injury keep you from achieving your goal.
